list things you are good at:

getting offended really easily, being paranoid, obsessive thoughts, being indecisive, putting myself down, starving myself, overeating, procrastinating, complaining, being self conscious, pretending my problems are bigger than they are etc.

Basically I'm not good at anything useful.
